Here at NeonSign, we want all our customers to be pleased with all of their orders. We know that not every purchase will fit, and returns or exchanges are sometimes needed. Because of this, we offer no-hassle easy returns.

Return Policy:

  • The goods must be unused and in new condition. All products must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke/smell-free condition.
  • All products must be returned in their original condition with packaging and tags included.
  • You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Order Cancellation

How can I cancel an order?

You’ll have the option to cancel your order directly from your confirmation email within 1 hour. Scroll down to find the “Changed Your Mind?” section. If it’s been longer than 60 minutes, you can contact us within the next 24 hours using this email support@neonsign.website so we can check if your order was fulfilled or not. If your order is not fulfilled yet, we can cancel the order for you, but if the order was already fulfilled, unfortunately, we can’t cancel the order.

Exchange

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, you will need to send your original item back to our Returns Department. Once we have received your return, you will then be issued store credit for the returned item which you may use to purchase a new size. We cannot guarantee the item you would like will still be available when the return reaches our department.

No Return

Sale items are all final sale & cannot be returned. Limited Edition products also cannot be returned.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on underwear, swimwear, and related products (unless your item arrived damaged or is deemed faulty). Email customer service for questions regarding these specific cases.

Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Reclamation

We guarantee that the products you have ordered are in good shape when you receive them. If you receive a broken or wrong product, please contact our customer service as soon as possible using this email support@neonsign.website.

Damaged/Defective Goods

All of our products are carefully checked before they are packaged. If an item is received damaged or defective, customer service needs to be notified within 30 days for a full refund. Notification past the 30 days return window will not be eligible for a refund.

Faulty/Manufacturing Defects/Incorrect Goods/Wrong Product

We aim to send you the correct order every time, however, we are all human and mistakes are inevitable. If for any reason your items are faulty or incorrect, or you think there is a manufacturing defect, or you received the wrong product, please get in touch immediately via email. We allow 30 days from delivery to refund/exchange a faulty item. We always bear the cost of shipping if you receive wrong or faulty products. Always keep proof of your return until we receive your package.

Customer Changed Their Mind

Return Instructions

PS: You have to email us first to get the address to where to return.

  1. Send us an email to support@neonsign.website with your order number and description & video of the issue.
  2. We will process your inquiry and contact you back with the right address to where you will send the product.
  3. Securely pack the items in a box.
  4. Affix the mailing label squarely onto the address side of the parcel, covering up any previous delivery address and barcode without overlapping any adjacent side.
  5. Use the address listed and affix the appropriate amount of postage.
  6. Ship the package from your nearest post office or shipping company of your choice that can provide tracked shipment.
  7. Send us an email with the tracking number and shipping receipt.

If you did not receive a return label, please send an e-mail to support@neonsign.website and we will be happy to assist you.

We highly recommend using a trackable return method. Once we receive your package, your return will be processed in 2-5 business days. You will receive an email when your return is processed.

We reserve the right to cancel a sale in the event stock is sold out or our suppliers are unable to supply an order, and for any price errors that may occur.

NOTE: If your order has not been purchased via NeonSign, please follow the return policy applied to the shop where you did purchase the product.

Refunds

Important Notes:

  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective items).
  • Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
  • Final Sale Items: Sale items and Limited Edition products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 30 days of delivery at support@neonsign.website. Provide a description and video of the issue, along with your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.
